Lynn "Witty" Anderson

Biography

Witty joined the CVMA® Auxiliary on February 6, 2024, initially to support her husband, Andy, and build meaningful friendships with the Auxiliary members of Chapter 48-7. Those connections quickly grew into a deeper commitment to the organization, inspiring her to take on the role of Minnesota Auxiliary State Representative.

As ASR, Witty sees her primary responsibility as being a supportive sister to all Auxiliary members. She also recognizes the important contributions made by the girlfriends of Full Members, who regularly volunteer, attend events, and help make the organization successful. She believes that encouraging teamwork, building relationships, and supporting one another are essential to a strong Auxiliary community.

Witty is committed to helping members navigate questions and concerns with fairness, respect, and an understanding of the organization's bylaws. When questions cannot be resolved through established guidance, she works through the appropriate Minnesota State and Auxiliary chains of command to find answers and ensure members receive the support they need.

With more than 25 years of experience in senior leadership and management roles, Witty brings a strong background in team development, collaboration, and organizational leadership. She draws on that experience to strengthen relationships throughout Minnesota and help create an environment where Auxiliary members feel welcomed, valued, and supported.
